Speaker 1 00:01:15 <inaudible> to <inaudible>. I have the route time to here <inaudible> of her of your wonderful, wonderful Utah connection is so wonderful. <inaudible> <inaudible> it's so great. Yes, that's right. <inaudible> <inaudible> <inaudible> and then I sent a picture of the Diana Duke, you know, the garden to Justin who, I guess he's here, online there with us. I hope Justin's here. Yeah, no, I don't want that picture, Justin. I want the picture of the, is that the one I sent, I sent the, one of the garden. He sent a 60 page PDF to me. Oh yeah. The whole thing I want the first I want the first picture first one, first one first one. They're there. They're there. Yeah. Yeah. Cause that's I was hoping to discuss that with Kellogg. I've gotten lots of wisdom about that today.
Speaker 1 00:02:52 Okay. So what is our program today? Well, well, I'm hoping that we take a, you lead us on a tour through the garden and then discuss whatever you'd feel, you know, rises in your mind. <inaudible> come then told you he takes a mouse <inaudible> content. <inaudible> told you he takes a mouse and somebody, he was more or less I'm doing, you know, he was kind of a partial Longo, I think, Tibetan mixture, like what they call mung Gore and, uh, from near, um, though I think, you know, uh, uh, uh, uh, uh, you know, you know, they, they have an, again, like, you know, in the, in the queue, they have the Sanskrit name of the team, like as if they found it in India. So somehow I guess, because I originally, I memorized this at one time and I'm 22 years old. I memorized it. Um, never, I always had the impression that there was Sanskrit work and that it had a big impact in India before coming to Tibet.
Speaker 1 00:04:25 And so the visionary experience of, of, of, uh, the Menlo emanation of Utah, his, his role in it, I was not as, as vividly aware of, or, or other, I had the sense there was an Indian, you know, check your money thing behind it. And it is where is it stated? Is it, is it effect? I think it's in the Sutra, not in the <inaudible>, but in the, in the middle, you, I mean that the first vision of the root Tundra was, or of the medicine Buddha secure land was in the suburbs of challis. The check your money was in the neighborhood of young budget. I think in the Indian city of <inaudible> in the same place where <inaudible> lived there in Visalia, but my childhood was like a big Rome or New York or something big city of that time,
Speaker 2 00:05:30 Mental activities are going it's good. Uh, I thought we'd talk like this way. We can say medicine. Buddha has three Mandela's.
Speaker 1 00:05:40 Okay. Oh, great. All right. Yeah, I will. I will ask you the question and then, and then you tell us, we'll just take up, we'll take a walk together.
Speaker 2 00:05:51 Uh, I think, yeah, before we walk into the garden and just offering a kind
Speaker 1 00:05:58 Of, and, uh, again, uh, uh, has, um, uh, semi just says in, by way of introduction, it's kind of nice because we are now at the moment of the Roman new year. So again, law you're representing the Roman empire and ghetto is actually representing also the medicine, Buddha empire. I just want to say by way of introduction, in my mind, he is the, you know, the current global representative to me of the <inaudible>, the younger who collected the, all the teachings medicine teachings from all over the world. And especially the medicine, Buddha medicine teaching from India and from his own visionary encounter with medicine where, although it is believed, he also was the emanation of the medicine and yellow represents him. And he has patients and the students in Russia, Siberia, Mongolia, China, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Europe, middle East America, South America, Mexico, et cetera. So he is actually a living embodiment to me, of them and to other people I think, who are aware of this, of the medicine put out on earth in a time when the human health is very date endangered, as it was predicted by medicine put on by people, you know, prostituting healthcare to make money and doing chemical intervention in nature, in a clumsy and stupid manner and creating new kinds of diseases and so on, which is predicted and <inaudible>, and then the personal instruction tantra of the four tantras <inaudible> I think it was the main hangar could go.
Speaker 1 00:07:55 And, uh, so we're so lucky, really. We are blessed to have gala here and welcome again, and thank you for joining us on this new year's Eve time. Um, and, and, um, sharing with us your vision and your knowledge and your healing, a representation of the medicine Buddha. And if you took it out, then go and put the younger elder and younger. So also thank you so much for being here again. I need that neither, that his name NIDA means sun and moon 10. Our song is his family, very famous family, and Amdo in Northeast Tibet. Okay. So, so over to you again, LA, I was wondering, I, you know, basically today I'm hoping that you're with your guidance, we will visit the realm, the world of medicine, Buddha as we face the new year. And we will think of for this year as somehow being in the context of the healing garden and the healing wisdom and the healing aura Mandela of the medicine Buddha. So I now turn it over to you to lead us in that direction,
Speaker 3 00:09:10 Right. So when we say, yeah, as you said, a medicine Buddha's rim or medicine good as a pure land. And, uh, so, and it's done screen, normally we call it the Mandela. So when we talk about medicine good as Mandela, uh, we can talk about three types of medicine Buddha's Mandela and is in, good, was mentioned in Sutra and citric teachings and medicine. Buddha is mentioned in tantric teachings and also in medicine, Buddha is mentioned and the medical traditions, firstly, we, we, if we see in the screen, the Mandela, the red Mandela, so this is a typical, uh, medicine, uh, Sutra Mandela. So as you see in the center, there is a female image with the forearms. That's the young chamber, the purge parameter, you know, the, the great, the mother of the visitor pro department meta of course you will tell us more about, uh, the essence of the Buddhist philosophy.
Speaker 3 00:10:23 So she's in the center and it's some, uh, medicine, Buddha, Sutra, Mandela. Normally we see a text. So the text is representing the Buddhas, visit them, or the knowledge, you know, that that's the text of the parrots Paramita. But here in this Mandela, we see the, as a figure of <inaudible> the great the mother herself. And then there are four patrols around the, her. So there eight medicine Buddhas and ed medicine, Buddha as a seven, uh, metricing Buddha brothers and plus Buddha Chamonix. So eight of them outside that eight petals, there are 16 petals. So in the 16 petals fixed 10 bodies satirize then, and the square, we have the protectors of 10 directions, then 12 <inaudible> or 12 guardians, you know, so 12 guardians are actually, you know, each year guardians are protecting each year. And according to astrology, uh, Tibetan astrology, you know, the, the one full cycle of the year is 12 years, right?
Speaker 3 00:11:40 So this year, today we are the last day of the Western calendar. Last day. This year is, uh, the Rupt year or the mouse here, and the next year will be the, or the year of the cow, you know, for mouse starts. And then we will have 12 years. And this 12 years, she has our protectors of each year. Mandela is representing about the spirit, uh, representing the visit them and representing the, the wisdom of spirituality and visit them of medicine and also visit them of astrology. And also the, um, 10, um, protectors of the 10 directions, uh, representing the geo geo Mancy, you know, our living space, the harmony with nature. And so this is amazing medicine, Buddha Mandela, we call it, uh, men, doc, men, domains, medicine, Buddha Sutra. So normally when we do the medicine, Buddha, uh, Pooja, and the rituals, we use this Mandela, the best, a text of medicine. Good. Um, this medicine, Buddha Sutra was written by the fifth style dilemma.
Speaker 3 00:13:03 So Mandela means, um, or they say, I translate Mandela is the dimension, but Mandela also means taking the essence. You know, this Mandela is the symbol of the essence of our life, our life as humans, our spiritual aspect, and our health and astrology about time and space and living environment. It's a really like a complete system. So this is the Sutra part. And then we have the tantric Mandela in the circle itself. We can find the five elements, you know, the space space element when the element fire element, water element and earth element. So that's why normally the tantric Mandela actually is representing the five elements. You know? So the five elements also, uh, how do you say with our human body? So we believe in tantric system, everything is created by five elements. Universe is a creation of five elements and all sentient beings who are living in this universe.
Speaker 3 00:14:19 We are also metal, five elements, right? We are all connected through the thread of the five elements we have the same. And when we say Mandela is like taking the essence, you know, what is really like our essence, our age, to recognize the nature of those five elements, the five elements that are manifesting as the physical dimension and also five elements are the base of five poisons, ignorance, attachment, anger, pride, and jealousy. Also five organs they give to other mental afflictions. Our essence is about the five elements, but if we see the essence of the five elements, seeing the five dimensions, five types of, uh, visit them types of business. So normally the tantric Mandela is a one center and the four directions, right? Four directions, one center. So five of them, and then our human body. So we can find an hour, five chapters.
Speaker 3 00:15:37 They are lined up in the head, chakra, throat, heart, and navel, and a base chakra. But when, when we see Mandela one center for direction, the center is the heart that never goes to the right side. And then the throat goes to the left side and here we have the, uh, the watcher. And then here we have the wind. So that's where in the center we have, uh, and the center, we have the space, a space, and then here we have the earth. Here is a fire and down is the wind. We praise representation of the, the Mandela, the tantric Mandela. Okay. So according to medicine, Buddha's tantric Mandela, uh, the main teachings are coming from Yuto new tea. So your toes, the heart teaching. So you're towing anything we can call it. And that is in Buddhas. <inaudible>, <inaudible>, <inaudible>
Speaker 3 00:16:42 the, the perfect, systematic explanation about medicine, Buddha's Mandela and how this medicine good as a Mandela. We can discover in our human budget apart. That's the tantric Mandela. So we talk about tra Mandela and pantry Mandela. And so medicine, uh, medicine Mandela, the one we have here, the email we call it the Tana to <inaudible> the city of <inaudible>. So in Tibetan tradition, we believe that, uh, in the Eastern direction, there is the paradise of medicine. Buddha cannot do for Tibet medicine doctors. You know, we believe that if we are good doctors and when, uh, when we will die after that, we will take a reverse into the medicine. Buddha's pure land fucking I'm joking. That's where we retire, you know? Yes. Yeah. That's for the good doctors, good nurses, good medical professions are next alive.
Speaker 4 00:17:58 So wonderful. And they have, when they look inside to the center, they see the palace of medicine, Buddha, which of the walls are transparent. Actually, they sort of, you can see through, it's like a glass or Juul wall. And then they look out, they see all the wonderful plants and the beautiful things in the garden of nature, right?
Speaker 3 00:18:18 In medicine, we have this, uh, Tanner actually, when we, uh, you know, Tibetan medicine, we call it the soul logic path to healing signs. <inaudible> signs of the health and happiness. And of course the medical sciences are talking about health, but also, sorry is very much a focusing about happiness as a signs of the health and happy we studied the soul. Actually, we have a very fabulous book it's called the four tantras. And when we studied, the first to penetrate is called the root tantra. The first chapter is about to be said, it's very nice. You know, when we start to study to get the medicine and the beginning, like we kind of enter in this Mandela. Yeah. So we call <inaudible> the medicine. Buddha's, uh, like the CT, you know, I ha and uh, then, um,
Speaker 4 00:19:29 And then who's inside it then of course, medicine, Buddha in the middle. And can you show the middle again, please trust him
Speaker 3 00:19:35 Center. And then we go around, you know, we go for a tour about, uh, the garden.
Speaker 4 00:19:41 Yeah. She couldn't. Can you, can you tell us a rule of the disciples in the palace wounds, Buddha,
Speaker 3 00:19:46 The center, there is the medicine, Buddha, the <inaudible> of the light of the <inaudible>. So he's the most important, the medicine Buddha. So there are seven or eight medicine Buddhas, but this blue one, because he's representing the space element because the healing universal and pervasive nature of the sky is a, you know, we see us a blue and it's a pervasive, and that's why medicine good as manifesting that blue color and is holding a Buddha bowl and Buddhas, boulders immortal nectars for him being a <inaudible> plant. And that's called the magic plant, which appeals all kinds of,
Speaker 4 00:20:40 Yes. He's hungry with the plant in his right hand, right?
Speaker 3 00:20:44 Yes. Yes. The garden, we see where that plant is coming from, and then four angles and his palace, there are four angles, there are four groups, four groups. So you see the, in his right side, the angle there between the red and the green, there's a ganache. Do you see the Ganesh? Yes. There's a Ganesh. There is a Ramana and there is a Vishnu and all these Indian goddess.
Speaker 4 00:21:16 Right, right. Uh, from, uh, Indonesia.
Speaker 3 00:21:22 But that part is called the group group of goddess and then other side, the green and the blue parts. So there, there is a Buddhist a group. So in the Buddhist group, we can see, for example, the angle one is such a Shannon. So such issue. New is the, a Buddha Chamonix is a doctor. Yeah, exactly. He's the <inaudible>. And then there is a tendency of a luxury river and Manjushri, and it is a white one and a blue one and a yellow one boy, you know, and then other Buddhist group in ways.
Speaker 4 00:22:05 Right. So that's a major issue then down below the blue one, <inaudible> okay.
Speaker 3 00:22:16 Yeah. Three of them. And then we have <inaudible> and Sanjay. Awesome. And so, so what does, uh, you know, that let's say from his ear ears level, the right side, there is the goddess and left side. There's a Buddhist group. So we call it a higher, higher core, you know, the group of, uh, God, Mister group, you know, and then, and medicine would, as in the knee level, you see the right side of the knee level. Can you to update to the bit?
Speaker 4 00:22:53 Yeah, that's great.
Speaker 3 00:22:56 Yeah. So there, uh, he has this, um, what do you say the core of the CIPA is like a Hindu goddess and a Hindu goddess and Buddhist, the groups. And then here we have the devils, you know, devas. And so you see there is a, a Brahma there though.
Speaker 4 00:23:24 Yes. I seen him on the ride with the four of golden faces holding a white Concho. Yes. That's Brahma.
Speaker 3 00:23:31 And then when you come down to the Brahma, there is a white, white image, but that's a female, you know, that's the, Amrita that kidney.
Speaker 4 00:23:39 Okay. Oh, yes. At the bottom corner. Yes.
Speaker 3 00:23:45 She's the,
Speaker 2 00:23:46 She's the goddess of the, uh, the nectar goddess of the healing. Right. So I'm read Rita. Debbie is very important and the <inaudible>, but also very important in the medicine. And, uh, and, uh, and a mystique, a story says she was the gardener of the, she was the gardener of Panadol. You know, she's a building the palace for a medicine Buddha, and especially she's planting all medicine and plant and
Speaker 5 00:24:18 Oh, read this other side, his left, left to need the right ones. <inaudible>, what's that the issues that he she's like ancient, uh, wise people wise men. So doctors, you know, not so G all of this, they're very fabulous. You know, like, uh, these sheets or medicine. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Good. That is the teacher. We call him the perfect, the muster, you know, the perfect, the muster group, those disciples, they are representing the poets, like the disciples. I see, right. To reach everywhere, to help everyone. Yes. Right. It doesn't matter you up, or your number, this or rich, or you're poor. You know, my group is representing the Wells and the rich and on the reishi group is representing the poor people, you know, are like, I cannot make people write much about the Wells and enjoyment. They're very much a focused about knowledge starting, helping,
Speaker 2 00:25:45 And teaching and so on.
Speaker 5 00:25:48 It's very beautiful. The Buddha is called the, the perfect, the teacher, students, the disciples, they are called the perfect disciples,
Speaker 2 00:26:00 Learning, starting there from medicine, Buddha, they are learning. So are the signs of a house and a happiness
Speaker 5 00:26:09 That disciples,
Speaker 2 00:26:10 They receive in a Buddhist way by post, they receive and a Hindu way. They were a group, you know, the God, the group they receive as a goddess away and they receive reishi way.
Speaker 5 00:26:25 So it's an, it demands
Speaker 2 00:26:27 A soaring, like a spiritual people can learn in a spiritual way
Speaker 5 00:26:31 To
Speaker 2 00:26:33 Spiritual, very scientific way. You can study in also very scientific way to,
Speaker 5 00:26:38 You know, right, right. Why
Speaker 2 00:26:40 Is not sorry by the heart to be spiritual. Non-spiritual, it's up to us how we learn, but he gave the teaching, you know, he gave it the, you never universally the healing knowledge to all of them in a different way. If I understand, and the Tibetan way, you know, Tibet diet, Tibetan, lifestyle, herbs, and so on. So if you learn from medicine, Buddha directly, then you learn American style style, and a American spiritual part, you know, whatever herbs which are growing in North America and so on. So that's the meaning. So that's why, you know, normally when we say booties, the Mandela and the Mandela, they're only a Buddhist figures, you know, the same way when you say Hindu Mandela, Hindu, uh, uh, dat is a Mandela there, you know, most of the, like a Hindu figure, that's the beauty of the medicine, you know, medicine, it doesn't matter. What is your spiritual background or your, or your agenda. You're a male or a female, you know, medicine is for, for everyone. Wonderful story. The perfect teacher is a perfect disciples, and then they end up perfect location. So the perfect location is called the <inaudible>.
Speaker 4 00:28:15 Okay. You want to back away now in the picture, Justin, please?
Speaker 2 00:28:21 Uh, Botanica garden. So, yeah. Okay. That's good. That's good. Now we start from the medicine Buddha, his left hand. That's the Eastern direction.
Speaker 4 00:28:38 Okay. That's the question again? Like, why is it most, Mondalez the main Dady is facing the East, but in medicine, Buddha, Mandela, uniquely he's facing the South. Is there a special reason for that?
Speaker 2 00:28:54 Um, yeah, the, the here is more, I think menacing Buddha is facing to the, this South is the solar energy. I see. Energy is on the back, you know, so I think that's, that's the main reason. Yeah.
Speaker 4 00:29:08 I see. Okay. So sun is down in the South and the Mendota yes. In the garden. Right.
Speaker 2 00:29:14 And, uh, we enter from the medicine Buddha's left hand area is the Eastern direction actually Eastern direction. It's known as, uh, the balance, the solid yep. Yep. Yes. And the morning sunrise, and then, you know, the, the, the light, you know, hits everywhere. So it's kind of like earth is waking up or warming
Speaker 5 00:29:47 Up in part.
Speaker 2 00:29:49 Uh, can you show us the Eastern part
Speaker 5 00:29:51 Madison left-hand no, no, no, no. Down, down. And then show the whole left side, please. Yeah. Okay. It would the Buddha's left side or right side. That's right. That's right. Okay. That's good. Yeah. Okay.
Speaker 2 00:30:08 No, no. Other side of the has left from Buddhas.
Speaker 5 00:30:12 Yeah. They're there. Oh, yes. Yes.
Speaker 2 00:30:15 So, so that's
Speaker 5 00:30:17 It just leave it here. Yeah.
Speaker 2 00:30:21 Eastern part, um, is the, the balanced with solar and lunar energy in the night, we have more lunar energy. It's more cooler. The air is called and so on. I mean, when the sunrise is the temporary cherries are rising and then kind of the moon and the solar energy is kind of balanced. I say mentioned already, according to Sadik park, Tibetan medicine also done that. We say we are creation of, uh, uh, four elements, five elements, but then in five elements, there are two elements are very important. You know, one is the water element and one is the fire element. So water on the fire, you know, like in the Chinese, uh <inaudible> and the young, you know, solar
Speaker 5 00:31:14 Also
Speaker 2 00:31:15 In disorder. But if solar and wind are representing the water element and the solar element in this case, in the East, actually the solar and the lunar energy, a more balanced, but the lunar energy goes down. Solar is a rising up kind of a violence. We are receiving a kind of perfect balance, the energy from the Eastern direction. There are many different the trees, and those are the trees of marrow balance.
Speaker 5 00:31:47 Yes.
Speaker 2 00:31:48 Madison Good. As the right hand, holding that tree with the plant, you know, I have here the marrow Bala,
Speaker 5 00:31:58 Uh, okay. I don't have to find it
Speaker 2 00:32:00 Now. So metal, metal Bailen and so Mirabelle and the five types of metal balance, you know, and then the marrow balance, uh, the magic, uh, plant or the magic medicine, they are receiving solar and lunar energy. Both of them, the fruit of the marrow balance has six different tastes and seven, 10 different qualities and three, the digestion power. So it kind of really like the perfect magic medicines. And is here medicine? Yes. <inaudible> Yeah. Medicines and Eastern direction. Yeah.
Speaker 5 00:32:48 Garden of like forest, right? They are divine. Those particular ones. Are they the divine, there are special types of,
Speaker 2 00:33:00 Yeah. There's other way to assemble the golden <inaudible>
Speaker 5 00:33:05 You know, that fine.
Speaker 2 00:33:09 It's kind of painted different trees.
Speaker 5 00:33:13 You're trying to actually the East.
Speaker 2 00:33:18 And also, uh, this is the reason according to Tibetan geo men see
Speaker 5 00:33:23 Such a,
Speaker 2 00:33:25 When we study about land and earth is coming from the East, we consider it something, something nice because then very well balanced the energy come to your home. You know,
Speaker 5 00:33:38 I see that's a study.
Speaker 2 00:33:40 We call it a white tiger or gray, gray tiger. You know, Chapo means that the white tiger is coming to your land or to your home from the
Speaker 5 00:33:52 <inaudible>. You said that road comes in from the East. You said there was a white tie where they're protecting men. Exactly. That's what I see. Okay.
Speaker 2 00:34:06 So the reason is now you see the tiger is a representing the sunlight
Speaker 5 00:34:12 And light is
Speaker 2 00:34:13 Very gentle. It's very powerful, like tiger, but it's very gentle and it brings the force and balance and prosperity,
Speaker 5 00:34:21 Uh,
Speaker 2 00:34:25 Which girl and the Eastern direction.
Speaker 5 00:34:27 Mm.
Speaker 2 00:34:32 Medicine, Buddha is a facing to the South, you know, medicine.
Speaker 5 00:34:36 Yes.
Speaker 2 00:34:40 There is a little red dot. Do you see it in the center? Yes. Little garden. And there's a red one. So that is the sun representing this.
Speaker 5 00:34:50 Yes. At the very bottom. It's right at the bottom of the little orangy red thing, that bottom green line. I see that, yes. That's the sun
Speaker 2 00:35:03 Direction. We receive lots of sun
Speaker 5 00:35:08 And
Speaker 2 00:35:08 The plant, which are growing in the South direction. They get lots of absorb, lots of solar energy. And when they receive a lot of solar energy, it means they have lots of fire element by element means. Then, then this, uh, uh, plants are becoming, you know, very hot and they have warming nature. So for example, something we commonly is about ginger. You know, for example, ginger is growing there. So when you make a ginger decoction or ginger tea, everybody knows ginger is Ginger. Ginger is a kind of a hot spice spice. Right. We give you the heat. Right. So why there is so hot because ginger can absorb accumulate lots of solar energy. Right. That's is a root. Then another one is like a chili chili.
Speaker 5 00:36:08 Yeah, sure.
Speaker 2 00:36:11 Yeah. Hot and spicy. So that is a hot medicine, too hot natured. And then we have pepper, black pepper, long pepper spice as a growing and a South direction because, uh, solar energy.
Speaker 5 00:36:29 Uh huh. Yeah. I never noticed looking at this until this minute outside of each gate, like you in the South, it looks like a small pond with flowers in it. And each of the grades seem to have a little Palm there with flowers in it. That's it don't move it so much. It's okay. This small poem, is that a body of water? Yes, yes, yes. Lotus is in the water there. So there's a little pond outside in each direction. Yes. Yes. That's wonderful.
Speaker 2 00:37:03 And Mella, you can design the Tana to there, to the garden medicine.
Speaker 5 00:37:08 Yes.
Speaker 2 00:37:11 Some places they try to make like a really 3d Tana to some places. I saw one in Bhutan for college. It's really nice. Yeah. Oh, Mandela. And then the plants are like a painted, you know, for directions. Okay.
Speaker 5 00:37:30 Uh,
Speaker 2 00:37:31 I love the men plant here in the South is the pomegranate. So pomegranate is known as the King of the warming medicine.
Speaker 5 00:37:43 See
Speaker 2 00:37:45 Also the, in the modern, uh, scientific research says pomegranate is a, you know, anti oxidant and it's a very, very powerful plant. And actually, if you go to the more Western direction at angle, there is the pomegranate painting there,
Speaker 5 00:38:02 Other direction, the corner, that's a pomegranate tree. I see it. I see it. Yes. Right in the corner. Right? Yeah. That's fine. Yes. No, there don't
Speaker 2 00:38:15 You see that? The red, the fruits, this
Speaker 5 00:38:18 Tree. Oh yes.
Speaker 2 00:38:22 Pomegranates are the, the King of the warming medicine. When you drink ginger tea, it warms up, you know, you feel the EA yes.
Speaker 5 00:38:36 You, uh, it Chile
Speaker 2 00:38:38 It's burns everywhere. You know, it's burns your mouth in your so Fargo burns everywhere. So he leads that kind of aggressive warming and then same way also next to the Palmer grenade. There is a black pepper.
Speaker 5 00:38:57 Yes, I see. Yes. I see them. Yes.
Speaker 2 00:39:00 Appealing. So those ones are also kind of little bit, uh, uh, strong, you know, kind of aggressive.
Speaker 5 00:39:07 When did you eat?
Speaker 2 00:39:09 And it is kind of sweet and sour, but you don't feel immediately. It gives that kind of like a heat, you know, But if you eat the seed or if you drink the juice or especially when, when the seeds, uh, you know, dried and then powder then mixed with other medicines, it's generates a very special, very gentle and powerful, uh, body. So we call it that, that helps us to, uh, how do you say helps us, um, uh, digesting better the food.
Speaker 5 00:39:46 So it's increasing
Speaker 2 00:39:48 The, uh, digestive heat.
Speaker 5 00:39:50 So it helps
Speaker 2 00:39:52 For our, uh, metabolic process, you know,
Speaker 5 00:39:56 Wonderful.
Speaker 2 00:39:59 And it's a very, very, very powerful, uh, medicinal fruit, you know, pomegranate.
Speaker 5 00:40:06 That's why
Speaker 2 00:40:07 We call it the Keane of the alarming medicine. Medicine is called the central five central five minutes, pomegranate five, you know, it's a formula and ingredients is pomegranate. And then there are four different ingredients, five of them. So that's why we consent to Napa.
Speaker 5 00:40:28 Very good for digestive problems. Yes.
Speaker 2 00:40:31 And also, yeah, for rejuvenation, it's, it's kind of, uh, increasing the immune system. It's a very, very good medicine. Okay.
Speaker 5 00:40:41 Okay. Yes.
Speaker 2 00:40:44 So we have all the warming medicines. I usually see that down there in the South, you see some animals too, you know? Yes. You're an elephant and some literally
Speaker 5 00:40:56 To very bottom. Yes, no down, no down below. Yeah.
Speaker 2 00:41:03 The, the, the natural bio diversity, you know, bio diversity, it's important for the healing. It's a, how important to have the harmonious, right?
Speaker 5 00:41:15 That is, and
Speaker 2 00:41:16 Here's a palace with his disciples. He's giving teaching, and then surrounding his, the palace. There's the, uh, the, uh, CT medicine, Buddha city around the city. There's the nature, you know, the Baton and the, there are many different kinds of plants are growing together. And also the animals and birds are living together.
Speaker 5 00:41:41 So that, those, the,
Speaker 2 00:41:43 Uh, the, the natural, uh, bio diversity and the importance of biodiversity and the balance between humans to the nature and to the animals, wild animals,
Speaker 5 00:41:57 No
Speaker 2 00:41:58 East sun is arising. So Morgan is arising. And then we have the balance of solar and the lunar energy.
Speaker 5 00:42:09 The
Speaker 2 00:42:09 Solar energy is very strong,
Speaker 5 00:42:11 Right? Lots
Speaker 2 00:42:13 Of sun. And, you know, the plant who received lots of sun and they have warming nature. West is the direction of sunset, you know, and I think having a more balanced
Speaker 5 00:42:28 Or balanced,
Speaker 2 00:42:30 Uh, we call it a six good substances, you know, six good substances, for example, uh, like not to make nutmeg
Speaker 5 00:42:39 And cinnamon
Speaker 2 00:42:41 Bamboo bamboo piece is good for the lungs. And then clove, clove is good for the central channel, or the mom is good for the kidneys. Green cardamom, black cardamom is good for the splaying. And, um, uh, and then the suffering is good for liver. You know, we call it six good
Speaker 5 00:43:05 Substances.
Speaker 2 00:43:07 You see, there are some many roads, you know, there's you see the water that some people are doing the water bath, her boss there. So that's the, uh, mineral bath. Like, and man, you have a spa.
Speaker 5 00:43:22 Yeah.
Speaker 2 00:43:25 How do you call it? You can do sound thing. We took the herbal bath, actually her bulbous, we call it a five nectar, herbal bath, Five nectar, herbal bus. You see that people are taking the herbal bath.
Speaker 5 00:43:41 Yes. Yes. It's. So for bath is one of them, is it
Speaker 2 00:43:45 So one of them, and then the, yeah, the water therapy, you know, he drove therapy. He drove past when we have the solar energy, we have the compress. When we have water, we have hydrotherapy. So, you know, I mentioned time, Tibetans are talking, we call it the sweating therapy. Sweating therapy means sound not therapy like journey per tumor is Kuroda then Durham artemesia Cut side. Also, this part is talking about the many roles, you know, the rocks and minerals.
Speaker 5 00:44:16 Yes.
Speaker 2 00:44:19 Then yeah. We are not talking only about the fruits and plants. And, you know, we are also talking about the many roles in the East. The sun is rising and the South sun is big and very strong. And then in the West sun is becoming weaker and weaker balance. And then in the North, we don't have solar energy. Now we have more Luna, more lunar energy. Then we have the cooling, uh, medicines. That is things. For example, I got wood, I got two, you know, the Eagle, wood and tree. So many people did not name tree. So they have cooling energy, quickly power growing on the North garden, uh, in the North garden, the kin of the medicine is camphor cam for us, we can find the cam for oil essential oil or Balsams, you know, to use for, for, you know, reducing the pain and inflammation. And so on is, uh, the cane of the medicine, like anti inflammatory medicine. Uh, as I said, that the pomegranate is the warming medicine, the keynote, the alarming medicine, <inaudible>, uh, <inaudible> and severity. Uh, and, uh, there are so many other like, uh, plants. They have like cold the nature that's about to this tunnel to garden. So the journey starts from the East and then we go to the South and then the West, and then the North we've finished the circle. Right.
Speaker 2 00:46:01 We see the medicine, Buddha, you know, eight medicine Buddha's. And so it is very interesting actually. You're not to really think of this standard, do we can learn so many things with this image is the Harmoni between humans, animals, the nature humans. So we always believe that we are the owner of this planet and we can do however we want, you know, we are smart, we have technology, this and that. So the more we destroy the nature and the nature we'll lose the better. And then, you know, we get sick and we get troubles the balance between humans and the nature. It's very, very, very essential. So it's very important that the human, we build the perfect relationship with animals, wild animals, right? Yes, absolutely. That's why it is a natural biodiversity, you know, between the plants and nature and while the animals, you know, putting it and humans living there.
Speaker 2 00:47:12 So that kind of Harmoni is very, very, very essential. It's great for our physical health. Yeah. It's very essential for our energetic balance and essentially for our mental health, you know, often saying why so many people are unhappy today, right? We are living in a good condition. You know, most of the people, their filters, they have food, they have job, you know, they have enough eat and you know, enough food to eat enough things to drink and this and that, but people are so kind of unhappy. You know, mum always says in the past, you know, the life was difficult, but people today, life, it seems very easy, but people are so unhappy. She always says, I don't understand them. So what I think is we are losing the connection to the nature. You know, the nature is the, you know, nature is the, one of the most powerful healer or the doctor when we study Tibetan medicine, actually we enter in this garden, you know, this is our first introduction. You meet the perfect location, the, the tunnel, and you meet the perfect, the teacher medicine, Buddha, you try to perfect the disciple and you learn the perfect subject, you know, the perfect Tibetan medicine. And then the, anytime it's a perfect time to start. Sorry,
